Who qualifies
The scholarship is open to small business owners who meet the following criteria.
- You own and operate a for-profit small business with fewer than 50 employees or under $5 million in annual revenue.
- You are the primary decision-maker responsible for day-to-day execution and results.
- You can clearly describe how a practical system for priorities, time-blocking, and weekly review would improve consistency in your business.
- You are committed to using the tools daily rather than treating them as another unused resource.
- Your business is based in the United States.
Preference is given to owners who show they will actively install and use the system, not simply receive free materials. Real estate professionals, service businesses, and leadership teams are welcome; the method works across industries.
How to apply

Is this a cash award?
No. The scholarship provides the Focused Systems planner, supporting tools, and onboarding so you can install the Mental Operating System in your business.
Can I apply if I already own a planner?
Preference is given to owners who do not yet have the system. If you have specific circumstances, note them in the application.
How many scholarships are awarded?
A limited number per cycle. We review every complete application and select based on demonstrated fit and commitment to use the tools.
What if I'm not selected?
You are welcome to purchase the planner or book a strategy session at any time. Many owners start with the free 3-Step Starter Kit while they wait for the next cycle.
Do I need to be in real estate?
No. The method works for any small business owner who wants clearer priorities and more consistent follow-through. Real estate professionals are a strong fit, but not required.
